By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Homio you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Homio is primarily an iOS household app (coming soon via TestFlight); an early web companion at app.homioplanner.com is available and still being finished. Waitlist or Founders reservation on the website does not create a payment obligation and does not guarantee availability of any offer.

You must keep your Apple ID and devices secure. Delete account (More → Delete account) wipes local app data and signs out of Supabase; it does not automatically permanently delete all remote cloud data — request that via privacy@homioplanner.com.

Paid features, when offered, are billed through Apple. Refunds follow Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.

Pre-release, beta, or waitlist features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn before general release.

Homio’s name, logo, design, software, and documentation are owned by Štichauer s.r.o. or its licensors.

Disputes should first be raised at hello@homioplanner.com. EU consumers may use https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
