Homio is developed and operated by **Štichauer s.r.o.**, a company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO: 23312980, DIČ: CZ23312980), registered address Starobělská 1937/4, 700 30 Ostrava. Štichauer s.r.o. is the data controller under GDPR.

## What we collect

- Apple User ID (Sign in with Apple) stored in Supabase Auth and profiles
- Display name / locale
- Household data (tasks, shopping, meals, pantry, pets, calendar, maintenance, members, invites) synced via Supabase in the EU; local cache on device (SwiftData)
- Recipes currently on-device (not synced to Supabase)
- Guest mode is local only, no cloud account
- Voice input: speech-to-text on device; the resulting text for AI requests goes through our Cloudflare Workers proxy to OpenRouter

We do not collect phone numbers, precise location, photos, or payment card details. We do not sell personal data.

## Processors

- **Supabase** — Auth, Postgres, Realtime (eu-west-1), DPA in place
- **Apple Sign in with Apple** — authentication
- **Cloudflare Workers** — AI request proxy (not configured to persist request content)
- **OpenRouter** — AI intent parsing after on-device transcription

## Rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and lodge a complaint with ÚOOÚ (uoou.cz) or your local authority. Delete-account in the app wipes local data and signs out of Supabase; request remote deletion via privacy@homioplanner.com.
