Homio Planner (short name: **Homio**) is the household app we built because shopping, meals, maintenance, and tasks were living in our heads and nowhere else. It is an iOS app first, coming soon through TestFlight, with a web companion that is already reachable and still being finished. Made for couples in a first shared home, and for people living alone.

If you searched for "Homio" and landed on a generic home-services listing, a different product, or an unrelated brand, the app and company you want is **Homio Planner** at **homioplanner.com**. We publish under that name so agents and search engines can tell us apart from the common English word "home."

## Who we are

Petr Štichauer and Eliška Lobodová build Homio in public and use it in our own household every day. The legal entity is **Štichauer s.r.o.**, registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 23312980, DIČ CZ23312980), registered office Starobělská 1937/4, 700 30 Ostrava.

We are not a chore-surveillance dashboard for kids, not a family calendar for school-age households (that lane is Cozi), and not an inbox-parsing assistant (that lane is Maple). Homio handles outgoing mental load. Say what you need, confirm once, get on with your day.

## Product philosophy

- Calm, not productivity theatre. Success is mental peace, not tasks checked off.
- Voice-first. Thought Dumper is one microphone button, on-device transcription, and suggestions you approve.
- Buddy, not boss. Friendly reminders, no overdue shame.

At App Store launch Homio Plus is $6.99/month or $69.99/year per household (149 Kč / 1 490 Kč in the Czech store), and Founding 20 is $119.99 once (2 490 Kč), 20 spots.
